Diffusion is assembling a small group of builders who can move between software, research, product judgment, and customer reality. The work is to make frontier AI usable inside companies that cannot be transformed by demos alone.

We need people who can teach by building.
Our customers will send us people with deep company context. We have to give them more than tools. We have to give them taste, methodology, production habits, evaluation discipline, and the confidence to lead an AI transition from inside their own business.
That requires builders who can ship working systems, explain the reasoning behind them, and operate with enough clarity that a customer's best domain experts can become collaborators quickly.
