Founding Engineer

What you’ll do

• Lead engagements end-to-end: from discovery through production handoff.
• Build evals, retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, and the unglamorous plumbing that makes them reliable.
• Work directly with customer domain experts and help them become capable internal AI builders.
• Turn repeated delivery lessons into reusable software-factory patterns, operating rituals, and deployment infrastructure.
• Set the engineering bar for everything we ship.

Who you are

• 5+ years shipping software professionally, with deep work in at least one of: applied ML, distributed systems, or product engineering.
• Comfortable in ambiguity. Allergic to demos that don’t ship.
• Able to explain technical choices clearly to sharp operators who know their domain better than you do.
• Curious, opinionated, kind.
